How to Write a Cursive Capital Z
Begin the capital cursive Z slightly below your topline, as shown in the diagram above.
Begin by drawing a “2” shape, but as soon as your stroke reaches the bottom line, swiftly loop around to the inner left side of the letter, almost exactly beneath where you began. Immediately after finishing the short loop, bring your stroke back out, to the right, and below the bottom line.
Once you’re below the bottom line, make a short loop that looks like a cursive Y. To finish the letter or move on to the next one, leave a tail or tag pointing to the right at the end.

How to Write a Lowercase z in Cursive
Begin your stroke slightly below your midline, again like a capital cursive Z, and make a small 2-like shape but without the tail on the end of the two.
When your stroke meets the bottom line, make a quick loop. Next, take your stroke below the bottom line, make a loop, and finish your stroke back above the bottom line leaving a tail out to the right to either end the letter or connect to your next letter.
